To set up SPF and DKIM for Zoho Campaigns, follow these steps:
- Access Domain Authentication Settings:
Click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of your Zoho Campaigns dashboard.
- Navigate to Domain Authentication:
From the menu, select Domain Authentication under the Deliverability section.
- Initiate Setup:
Identify your domain from the list and click on the Setup option on the far right.
- Copy TXT Records:
Within the Setup page, conveniently locate the Copy button next to the text records and click on it.
Now, proceed to publish SPF and DKIM records for your domain:
- Visit your domain hosting website (such as GoDaddy.com, Cloudflare, BlueHost, etc.) where you purchased your domain. If you need guidance on setting up TXT records for your domain, please click here to set up SPF and DKIM record.
- Paste the TXT record values that you copied from your Zoho Campaigns account into the DNS settings of your domain. Once done, click on the Publish button.
- If an SPF record already exists in your domain’s DNS settings, ensure to include: “include:zcsend.net” within the record before publishing.
Once the SPF and DKIM records for your domain have been published on the DNS servers, proceed to verify your domain:
- Again, click on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Navigate to the Setup button positioned on the far-right corner of your domain.
- Click on Verify Domain.
- If the records are not yet published in the DNS, you’ll be provided with information on why and how to rectify the issue within the same screen.
