To set up Campaign Monitor SPF and DKIM please follow the below steps:

SPF:

To set up your SPF record with Campaign Monitor or edit your current SPF record to include Campaign Monitor, add the following to your existing SPF Record:

         include:_spf.createsend.com

DKIM:

To set up your DKIM record with Campaign Monitor or edit your current DKIM record to include Campaign Monitor, follow the steps below:

1. In your Campaign Monitor account, click your profile image at the top right and then select Account settings
2. Click Sending Domains
3. Click Add Domain
4. On the resulting page, enter your domain in the Domain field and click Continue
5. Copy the TXT record displayed
6. Login to your DNS Hosting provider, select create a new record and select TXT for the type
7. Once the record has been created at your hosting provider, go back to your Campaign Monitor account and click Authenticate now located at the bottom of the page.
