{"id":2090,"date":"2021-07-14T09:05:14","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T09:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prodmarc.com\/knowledge\/?p=2090"},"modified":"2023-01-31T07:19:22","modified_gmt":"2023-01-31T07:19:22","slug":"use-of-investigate-feature-on-prodmarc-portal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/knowledge.progist.net\/index.php\/2021\/07\/14\/use-of-investigate-feature-on-prodmarc-portal\/","title":{"rendered":"How to use the investigate feature of ProDMARC Portal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What is the<strong> <u>\u201cInvestigate\u201d<\/u> <\/strong>feature?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate is a ProDMARC feature that helps you to detect and troubleshoot any potential issues with your email authentication from any of your email sending services.<\/li>\n<li>You will be provided with an email id \u201c<strong>investigate@progist.in<\/strong>\u201d to which you can send an email from the specific service.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate will analyze the results of the email received and provide you with detailed information about the following signals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC.<\/li>\n<li>To use investigate feature you would need to mandatorily register the domain in the ProDMARC portal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To explore this feature you have to follow the below steps on the ProDMARC portal:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the <strong>ProDMARC portal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>From the left-hand side panel, click on the \u201c<strong>Tools<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/knowledge.progist.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/b1.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/knowledge.progist.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/b1.png 625w, https:\/\/prodmarc.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/b1-300x239.png 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"498\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. You can also find this option on the dashboard itself. You\u2019ll be able to see the email details which you have sent to <a href=\"mailto:investigate@progist.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investigate@progist.in<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>By clicking on the Action button, you will get all the details of that particular email.
